How Scale3C, UAB (ScaleTech) collects, stores, uses and discloses your personal data — in accordance with the GDPR.

This data is kept for no more than 1 (one) year after submission, unless required otherwise by law.

Website functionalities allow you to refer a professional. Your Personal Data is processed on the basis of your consent to administer offers and pay a 5% commission from the professional’s next gig. Where you refer a pro and submit their Personal Data, you undertake to notify them, obtain their consent and introduce this Privacy Policy to them. Data processed: your name, surname, e-mail; the pro’s name, surname, e-mail, fields of expertise and other information provided. Data is kept for no more than one year after submission, unless required otherwise by law.

6. Join our talent pool

Website functionalities allow you to join our talent pool. Your Personal Data is processed on the basis of your consent to administer your accession and offer you proposals. Data processed: name, surname, e-mail, phone (optional), LinkedIn profile data, country of residence, fields of expertise, hourly rate, CV and other information provided. Data is kept for no more than 3 years after submission, unless required otherwise by law.

We may disclose your Personal Data only on a legitimate basis and in accordance with applicable laws — to service providers acting as processors (software development, digital marketing, staffing); to authorities where specified by law; to third parties where you submit an appropriate request; and to other business subjects in case of merger, acquisition or transfer of the Website or related assets.
